Well, we’ve asked a trick question but first to explore whether or not there is a 12 year old boy named Avi Ben Stella who was involved in a critical car accident. This request has been making the rounds on the Social Networking Sites facebook and twitter.  Snopes.com has yet to determine (as of this post) whether this is a hoax or not.

To the other question on whether or not the prayer itself is a hoax.  Well that depends on who you believe is actually listening and will respond to the “prayer.”  It is my opinion that there’s no one out there who is listening therefore no one will respond.

To answer the initial question: both the prayer and the story are probably hoaxes.

Update: 26Aug09 Snopes.com has changed status to “False”.

The best color illusion ever

The bottom 4 sections are the same background colors as the top 4 sections except I changed the Orange lines in 3 of the sections to black and the purple lines in the other to black. What do you think?

I can’t tell you how many sites I’ve gone to that hang with the message “connecting to a.collective-media.net”

I’m unsure why so many different reputable sites allow their ad content to process through this site.  It sucks!!!

They sure put a damper on an otherwise perfect day for America.
